Mustard Seed offers a welcoming environment and safe space for social connection, creativity, wellness, spiritual enrichment, food access and to develop life skills. Located in South Riverdale, we are a diverse community with an immense dream: to be a space where every person can grow and where self-worth, dignity, healing, wholeness and spirituality can flourish and above all, where community is nourished.
We serve and collaborate with the local community and non-profit agencies.Â

- Foot Care Service
- Drop-in (Monday to Friday 9 am – 2 pm)
- Meals served in the Drop-in (Monday to Friday 9 am – 2 pm)
- Good Food Market Wednesday 2 pm – 4 pm (debit available for purchases of $5+)
- Whimsical Wednesdays for Women
- Clothing and Hygiene Boutique (Monday to Friday)
