Mustard Seed offers a welcoming environment and safe space for social connection, creativity, wellness, spiritual enrichment, food access and to develop life skills. Located in South Riverdale, we are a diverse community with an immense dream: to be a space where every person can grow and where self-worth, dignity, healing, wholeness and spirituality can flourish and above all, where community is nourished.
We serve and collaborate with the local community and non-profit agencies.Â

- Saturday and Sunday Drop-in (10 am – 1 pm)
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday Drop-in (8:30 am – 1 pm)
- Good Food Market (debit available for purchases of $5+)
- Whimsical Wednesdays for Women

- Friday to Sunday Take Out Lunch (11:30 am – 12:30 pm)
