Something wonderful has happened at Fontbonne Ministries.We're excited to announce we have been awarded a Community Resilience Grant by Ontario Trillium Foundation -- $143,700 for COVID-19-related infrastructure as well as funding to expand the Community Centre without Walls program currently being offered by Village Mosaic.We are grateful to the Toronto Grant Review Team at Trillium, and look forward to working with them to keep the vulnerable, isolated and seniors we serve connected and thriving in difficult circumstances. ... (Ruth Carter Stapleton)Light and love was in the house at Mustard Seed this past weekend, thanks to these special friends:George, a retired teacher from St. Margaret's Catholic School, and his son, Timothy, who came by with twelve BOXES of socks for our guests ... collected in the midst of a pandemic by the students at the school.Jeanie and Phillip, who for the second year dropped by to gift our lunch guests with a refillable travel mug to keep their drinks hot and portable.And the Green Hope Gang from Green Hope Foundation, who came by to help prepare and serve lunch on Sunday. In addition to flu shot clinics, the Centre is hosting a temporary COVID-19 testing site in January, with the first clinic taking place tomorrow, January 12, from 4.00 to 6.00 p.m.
Our friends at @SRiverdaleCHC are hosting another flu shot clinic this coming Saturday, January 9, from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in the back parking lot of 955 Queen Street East.

Our friends at @SRiverdaleCHC are hosting another flu shot clinic this coming Saturday, January 9, from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in the back parking lot of 955 Queen Street East.
