(Ruth Carter Stapleton)Light and love was in the house at Mustard Seed this past weekend, thanks to these special friends:George, a retired teacher from St. Margaret's Catholic School, and his son, Timothy, who came by with twelve BOXES of socks for our guests ... collected in the midst of a pandemic by the students at the school.Jeanie and Phillip, who for the second year dropped by to gift our lunch guests with a refillable travel mug to keep their drinks hot and portable.And the Green Hope Gang from Green Hope Foundation, who came by to help prepare and serve lunch on Sunday. In addition to flu shot clinics, the Centre is hosting a temporary COVID-19 testing site in January, with the first clinic taking place tomorrow, January 12, from 4.00 to 6.00 p.m.

Our friends at @SRiverdaleCHC are hosting another flu shot clinic this coming Saturday, January 9, from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in the back parking lot of 955 Queen Street East.
