A Heartfelt Thank-You

Each of  us has a story recounting ‘a day in our life.’  This period could be one of joy, sorrow, surprise, fun. At Fontbonne Ministries, every Sister, staff person and volunteer could talk about a day in their life at Fontbonne. This could involve planning programs, responding to needs, welcoming participants, cleaning up i.e. doing whatever needs to be done.

Whatever happens in any given time makes a difference to visitors, partners and participants. A day in the life of a participant at one of the many ministries of Fontbonne, could include a welcome smile, listening ear, compassionate heart, nourishing snack, and a place where one is included and respected.

As we look forward in 2017, we invite you to take a glimpse at our ministries: Fontbonne Place, Village Mosaic, Studio on the Hill, Mustard Seed, In Good Company and Faith Connections.  While each day is different, this overview offers a snapshot of both behind-the-scenes planning and on-the-ground programming.

I offer a sincere thank you to our valued donors, volunteers and partners. Each of you by your generosity has made a difference in ‘a day in the life’ of those we welcome in our programs.

President, Fontbonne Ministries and
Congregational Leader, Sisters of St. Joseph of Toronto

Fontbonne Ministries offers diverse programs that are welcoming and inclusive. The charity was founded in 2000 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Toronto, a community of women who, through their compassionate presence, respond to various needs. Fontbonne Ministries continues, with the Sisters, their mission of reflecting the love of God and neighbour.
